Demand Planner

The ideal candidate will ensure that stock levels and printing materials meet production needs efficiently, sustainably, and on time.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and forecast demand for printing materials based on production schedules and sales projections.Manage inventory levels and ensure timely purchases to avoid shortages or overstocking.Collaborate closely with the Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to align stock availability with printing timelines.Analyze usage data, supplier performance and lead times to optimize order quantities.Prepare regular reports on stock levels, consumption trends and upcoming printing requirements.Support planning for large print runs, new product launches and reprints.Requirements:3–5 years of proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management or a related field (preferably in publishing, printing, or manufacturing).Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent command of Excel and data management tools.Good command of English (spoken and written).Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.What We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative international working environment.Opportunities for professional growth within a global publishing leader.Competitive salary and benefits package.Private health insurance.
