DEMAND PLANNERSantiago de los Caballeros or San Pedro de MacorísAbout The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Demand Planner to join our Demand Planning team in the Dominican Republic. This role is critical in developing and managing accurate demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and maximize customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align forecasts with business objectives and supply capacity.WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?Develop, manage, and maintain accurate demand forecasts using advanced statistical tools and market intelligence.Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasting models.Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales to prevent and clear excess and obsolete stock.Participate in S&OP and S&OE cycles, ensuring alignment and sign-off on demand forecasts.Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, service levels, and stockout rates; implement corrective actions as needed.Generate and present regular performance reports to management and stakeholders.Work with IT and relevant departments to maintain and improve advanced planning solutions.Identify and implement continuous improvements in forecasting processes and tools.Act as key user for advanced demand planning solutions and train team members on processes and tools.Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, or related field.Advanced English knowledge.3+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management, preferably in consumer goods.Proficiency in advanced forecasting tools (preferably o9) and ERP systems (SAP).Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.WHAT IS ON OFFER?
