Job Title: Demand Planning ManagerLocation: Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta (Head Office / WFO)Reports to: Head of Supply ChainRole SummaryThe Demand Planning Manager is responsible for delivering accurate, data-driven demand forecasts across all product categories, sales channels, and regions. This role ensures alignment between Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize inventory levels, support business growth, and minimize stock-outs or overstock. The role is strategic to SKINTIFIC's expansion in the personal care and beauty market, enabling timely product availability and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities1. Demand Forecasting & PlanningDevelop, maintain, and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual demand forecasts.Analyze historical sales data, seasonal trends, promotional activities, and market intelligence.Integrate inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve forecast accuracy.Use advanced forecasting models, ERP, and BI tools to generate actionable insights.2. S&OP & Cross-Functional CollaborationParticipate actively in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.Present forecasts, insights, and scenario planning to Commercial and Supply Chain teams.Ensure demand plans are actionable and aligned with production and inventory capabilities.3. Inventory Optimization & Risk ManagementMonitor stock levels, service levels, and inventory turnover to avoid stock-outs or excess.Recommend inventory adjustments based on forecast trends, launches, and promotional activity.Identify risks (demand spikes, supply delays) and propose mitigation plans.4. Performance Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementTrack forecast accuracy (MAPE, bias) and analyze variance between forecast and actual sales.Implement process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.Develop dashboards and reports for senior management insights.5. Team Leadership & Capability BuildingLead, mentor, and develop junior demand planners.Build forecasting capability across cross-functional teams.Drive adoption of best practices in forecasting and inventory management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldMin. 3 years of experience in demand planning, preferably within FMCG, personal care, or beauty categories.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to influence cross-functional teams.Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and forecasting tools.Strong Excel and BI reporting skills.Multi-channel experience (GT, MT, e-commerce) preferred.Success MetricsForecast accuracy (%), bias, and MAPEInventory turnover and stock-out reductionOn-time product availability for all channelsTimely delivery of S&OP insights and reportsProcess improvements in demand planning workflows
