Demand Planning Officer

What You Will Do:•Prepare, collect, and analyze historical data to calculate the baseline forecast necessary, demand planning tools.•Assisting Demand Planning Manager to develop consensus demand planning number for Home Trade, short-term the inputs from brand management/trade marketing colleagues for the volume uplift / down lift.•Monitor transition for NPD from demand process perspective (manage forecast for NPD, allocation volume for NPD & forecast Split for NPD for distribution execution).•Assist Demand Planning Manager to arrange regular meetings (pre-demand and demand planning) with Brand Manager and Trade Marketing colleagues and taking the minutes of the meetings, review together with the Demand Planning Manager before issued. •Understanding Demand Planning system business process, validate all data input, process and output from Demand Planning system necessary, produce statistical forecasting for every SKU, Plan Customer, and RDC.•Review statistical forecasting result in Demand Planning system. •Perform Demand Planning system continues improvement with consultant, BUAP, and RSO.Identify operational forecast based on actual sales & orders position to satisfy customer order for every SKU and RDC and if necessary, adjust the short-term operational forecast to be basis of replenishment and upload into demand planning system. Requirements that we are looking for:•Bachelor's degree, preferred study in Industrial Engineer, Math or statistic.•Proficient in Ms. Excel.•Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.•Data enthusiast.•Willing to work in Cibinong Office
