Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS"Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Demi Chef with good experience in Italian-style pizza making.The candidate must be able to open and stretch pizza dough by hand (no rolling pin) and assist the chef during service in the pizza section.Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and presentation of dishes in the assigned sectionEnsure all mise en place is completed on time and to a high standardMaintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all timesFollow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards strictlySupport the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth operationsMonitor inventory levels and report shortages to senior chefsContribute to the development of new dishes and menu items when requiredEnsure consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentationAdhere to company policies, kitchen procedures, and safety regulationsQualificationsExperience in preparing and stretching Italian pizza dough by hand.Basic knowledge of Italian ingredients and kitchen hygiene standards.Teamwork attitude, discipline, and willingness to learnMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a professional kitchenCulinary diploma or relevant vocational training (preferred)Good knowledge of basic cooking methods and kitchen operationsAbility to work efficiently under pressure and multitaskStrong teamwork and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityFlexibility with work schedules, including weekends and holidaysUnderstanding of food hygiene and health & safety standardsAdditional InformationYour Team And Working EnvironmentOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
