This position aims to contribute to the delivery of dental services. The candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in supervising practical procedures and will play a key role in assisting dentists during the performance of various dental treatments and procedures.Duties And ResponsibilitiesAccurate and safe use of the necessary equipment and materials for dental procedures. This includes checking and ensuring the safety of dental equipment for each visit.Assistance to dentists during the performance of various dental procedures in therapy, prosthetics, and oral surgery.Use of the autoclave for instrument sterilization and ensuring that the clinic environment is always clean and safe for patients and staff.Keeping accurate patient records and coordinating appointment schedules to ensure a continuous patient flow.Ensuring that patients are informed and prepared for upcoming procedures by providing guidance on treatment and post-treatment care.Providing instructions to patients regarding oral hygiene and post-procedure care.Supporting students undergoing dental practices by offering guidance and supervision in the development of practical skills.Job RequirementsEducation And QualificationsDegree in Dental Assisting or Nursing.In-depth knowledge of dental procedures and equipment, as well as the use of the autoclave for sterilization.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with patients and colleagues.English language proficiency: Level C1.Ability to maintain order and organization in a medical environment.Other relevant certificates and qualifications.Application ProcedureTo apply, the candidate must send the following documents to the address hr@wbu.edu.al:Application through the application form on the Western Balkans University website: https://forms.gle/QTePdKM86PVvxR316Personal Biography (Europass CV)
