The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations of the dental and dermatology departments, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless patient experiences. Responsibilities will include managing clinic staff, coordinating schedules, budgeting activities, implementing operational improvements, and maintaining high-quality patient care standards. The role also involves supervising training programs for staff and addressing customer service needs. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure excellent client relations and seamless interactions with patients and staffExperience in Budgeting for clinic operations and resource managementKnowledge or background in Medicine, specifically in dental and dermatological services, is highly desirableAbility to train staff on operational procedures, customer service practices, and clinical protocolsProven leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage clinic staff and operationsBachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is preferredProficiency in using clinic management software and tools is advantageous
