They are committed to delivering outstanding care in a welcoming and professional setting.Modern equipment and light and bright premisesDental softwareTeam consists of specialist and general dentists, dental hygienists, dental nurses, and support staffLow staff turnoverOur client is looking for a hardworking, reliable individual who has goodTeam leadership and enjoys supporting and working with people.Salary negotiable depending on experience up to €42KAbout The RoleThis full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week) offers a fantastic opportunity to oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational efficiency Manage daily operations at the dental clinic, ensuring all processes run smoothly.Develop, implement, and monitor practice protocols, ensuring all staff and clinicians are well-informed and compliant.Oversee HR functions and implement HR policies across the practice.Team Leadership:Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing administration team; oversee staff training and support.Communication:Foster excellent communication within the practice; organise regular meetings with departments and clinicians to drive results.Patient experience:Maintain and develop strong relationships with patients, referring dentists, and suppliers.Financial Management:Manage clinic purchases, cashflow, and monitor aged receivables.
