Job Description

The multinational company Financial Chain Corporation (FCHAIN) with the history of 23 years, within the global cooperation with Philips, is seeking to engage a qualified and motivated professional in Bulgaria to provide specific marketing services. The selected candidate will work under the terms and conditions outlined below, contributing to the implementation of targeted marketing initiatives and supporting the overall strategic objectives of the cooperation between FCHAIN and Philips.Summary:Promotes Philips OHC (Oral Health Care) products to dental professionals in medical clinics, universities, workshops and medical events. Develops and manages long-term partnerships with clinicians, focusing on education and advocacy. Provides training and technical expertise through sales presentations and product demonstrations.Key areas of responsibility:- Expert in clinical/technical product knowledge - Actively strengthen a network of contacts in the dental professional community- Maintaining and generating productive collaborations with dental professionals - Participation in medical events (congresses and workshops)- Creating events for dental professionals - e.g. training sessions - Quality testing (product demonstrations and testing)- Driving first orders for dental professionals (ensuring that dental professionals become Philips ambassadors on behalf of FCHAIN)- Developing Philips Sonicare visibility in all locations- Leverage DP tracking tool for data collection and CRM- Collect market feedback on products - Collect market and field-generated information on competitor activities- Proactively provide feedback on ways to generate efficiencies and improve coverage and interaction with dental professionals- Provide advice and support to Sales, TSM (Trade & Shopper Marketing) and Marketing team- Drive development and execution of local activation plans, analysis and knowledge - Distribute product displays and educational and product materials for Dental professionals and Patients within DP practices- Influence in building strategy for dental communication with the Line Manager and Marketing Manager for Oral Health Care- Geo coverage: Sofia and South-West BulgariaYour challenge:Build long-term relationships with dental professionals based on business understanding and win-win solutions. Continuous improvement of existing processes, building on current team strategy. Proactively generate ideas to optimize effective coverage, trials, successful referrals and improve the acquisition path.Fulfill clear and measurable objectives (individual and team), adhering to established policies and management guidance. Work closely with professional marketing manager to ensure the right Point of Sales materials with effective communication.Required skills:Previous professional experience in product sales/sales support/merchandising (B2B/B2C) at least 2-3 yearsExcellent presentation and communication skills Outstanding networking skills. Communicates and collaborates effectively with various key stakeholders.
