The role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing a range of oral health conditions while ensuring exceptional patient experience and adherence to clinical standards.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, diagnose dental conditions, and develop effective treatment plansPerform a range of clinical dental procedures to restore and maintain oral healthProvide patient-centered education on preventive care and oral hygieneCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and ethical dental careEnsure compliance with infection control, regulatory, and quality standardsStay current with advancements in dental techniques and practicesMentor and support junior dental staff to foster professional growthContribute to community outreach and initiatives that promote oral health awarenessKey Requirements And AttributesBachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institutionValid registration and practicing license with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board (KMPDB)Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a dental practiceExcellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skillsStrong organizational, leadership, and teamwork abilitiesDemonstrated commitment to professional growth, ethical practice, and patient safetyApplication Process:If you are excited and meet the above qualifications, please apply before 6th November 2025.Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.Powered by JazzHROpgaqc277o
