Job Description: Establish strategies and policies related to corporate financial planning, develop short-term and long-term financial plans that include revenue projections, expenses, and capital needs. Direct the annual budgeting process, perform financial forecasting, and ensure periodic reviews of the budgets within the Manufacturing and Trading business units to align with changing business conditions. Supervise budget implementation and monitor variance analysis between budgeted and actual figures.Develop and implement short-term and long-term financial strategies that support business growth and profitability objectives.Set strategies and policies for operational cost control and drive profit improvement to enhance financial health and operational efficiency.Establish strategies and policies for cash flow management to ensure the company maintains sufficient liquidity to support daily operations and long-term investment needs. Oversee effective cash management planning and execution, including optimizing current asset and short-term liability management. Identify liquidity-related financial risks and design mitigation strategies to reduce potential cash flow disruptions.Establish strategies and initiatives for managing Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) in the Manufacturing and Trading business units. Ensure accurate recording and processing of receivables and payables transactions for efficient financial reporting. Supervise billing and payment processes to minimize overdue receivables or A/R risks.Set strategies and policies for company-wide cost management to improve operational efficiency without compromising product or service quality. Collaborate with other department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure operational costs remain under control.Develop strategies and policies for asset management across EVO Group, including Manufacturing and Trading units. Monitor asset quality by overseeing replacement, sale, or disposal of assets to ensure they effectively support company operations.Ensure smooth, accurate, and timely payroll processing, in coordination with the HCGA Division Head. Review and upload payroll data into the bank system to be paid to employees on time and ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations.Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, in accordance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and internal company policies to support the Board of Directors' strategic decision-making.Ensure the company complies with all applicable tax regulations at local, national, and international levels. Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax position while minimizing risks and tax costs. Lead the team in tax preparation, filing, and reporting, and maintain good relations with tax authorities to effectively resolve audits or disputes.Coordinate with the Information Technology department to identify and provide improvement ideas within EVO Group’s Manufacturing and Trading units related to IT needs. Ensure effective collaboration with IT to deliver technology solutions that support cost efficiency and productivity improvement across the company.Identify improvement opportunities in the FAT department. Promote improvement projects within the department to enhance productivity and add company value.Lead and develop the FAT team by providing training, coaching, and regular performance evaluations. Create employee development plans and ensure coaching is conducted so that all team members possess the necessary skills to achieve departmental goals. Manage team dynamics to improve work effectiveness.Monitor, compile, and report departmental performance regularly to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO). Provide complete, accurate, and timely analytical reports.Requirements: Work experience in a manufacturing company, with an understanding of manufacturing and trading processes, and accustomed to handling multiple entities.Fluent in English (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).Familiar with the company’s internal software systems.Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Management.Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions, with stronger expertise in Accounting.Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.Leadership qualities and effective communication skills to lead the FAT team.Assertive, detail-oriented, and high integrity.Willing to be placed in Palembang and Banyuasin, South Sumatra.
