About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Human Capital Development Leader to drive BRI Life’s people transformation agenda.This role leads company-wide learning, talent, and organizational development strategies to strengthen leadership capability, enhance employee experience, and support business growth across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and implement Human Capital Development strategies aligned with company goals.Oversee Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Organization Development initiatives.Build and maintain competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning programs.Design and manage leadership development and performance management processes.Leverage data and digital learning tools to measure training effectiveness.Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to identify and close talent capability gaps.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Management.Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Capital, with at least 3 years in managerial or head-level roles.Proven track record in learning strategy, talent pipeline management, and organization development.Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services industry is preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Preferred SkillsHR certifications (CHRM, CPLP, or equivalent).Knowledge of digital learning platforms and HR analytics.Familiarity with culture transformation and change management initiatives.
