Job Description:Lead, direct, and oversee all financial operations activities including payment processing, treasury, investment, and cash management.Develop strategies and policies to ensure efficient and effective financial operations in line with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.Ensure all payment transactions (GOE, VEA, and others) are executed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company procedures.Monitor company liquidity, cash flow, and short-term as well as long-term treasury needs.Ensure compliance with regulations, OJK requirements, AAJI standards, and other applicable financial regulations.Oversee internal and external audits related to financial operations.Manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of Section Heads, Finance Policy & Payment Leads, and their respective teams.Foster team development to align with business needs and evolving regulatory standards.Provide regular financial operation reports for management decision-making.Analyze fund utilization efficiency, payment policy effectiveness, and recommend process improvements.Job Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance, treasury, accounting, or financial operations.At least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role overseeing financial teams.Experience in insurance, financial services, or banking industry is a strong advantage.Strong knowledge of cash management, treasury, and short-term investment instruments.Solid understanding of financial regulations (including OJK and AAJI).Proficiency in financial systems and ERP solutions.Proven leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent communication, cross-department coordination, and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to perform under pressure.
