PositionJob ResponsibilityTo overview operations of the Accessories department in the boutiqueFollow up with the area managers to ensure optimization of the stock level usageParticipate in setting up the purchase planEnsure all team members are following the established procedures of ordering/ transfer…etcAssist the Division Manager in defining the yearly strategic plan for the network and preparing the yearly budgetsParticipate with the Division manager in strategic meetings with suppliers and regional teams to negotiate commercial conditions Follow up on daily sales vs monthly/yearly target and take action when necessaryCoordinate with suppliers, contractors, logistics and merchandizing in regards of opening, closing and/or renovationMaintain smooth relationship with the suppliers and business partners to implement partnership Attend Managers’ meetings to review the shops performance and provide regular feedback to Division managerEnsure the best level of customer service.Manage, engage, and guide the team reporting to him/herSet the objectives and budgets for own team members and ensure their accomplishmentResponsible for coaching and training own team membersThe ability to identify and satisfy the needs of customers, in order to meet and exceed their expectationsProfile5+ years of retail experience required, preferably with at least 2 years of management, in a luxury product setting like Fine Jewelery.Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivityStrong knowledge of the luxury industryDemonstration of own initiativeAbility to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidaysStrong interpersonal, communication, organizational and management skills.
