The Department Manager will oversee departmental operations, manage teams, and ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with senior management, setting and achieving targets, addressing operational challenges, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role involves fostering a positive work environment, monitoring budgets, and implementing strategies to meet organizational goals while adhering to company policies and standards. Qualifications Strong team management, leadership, and coordination skills.Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and executing operational strategies effectively.Ability to address and manage challenges, ensure quality standards, and develop solutions.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proven organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry, is an advantage.Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems. Knowledge of the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry is a plus.
