Deputy Automation and Control Engineer

Job Description: Deputy Automation and Control Engineer is required to the Automation and Control Team at Graphene Tubes Production Factory in Stara Pazova.Responsibility (Tasks):involvement in all the processes of Automation and Control Team;installation of cable routes and lines;connections, adjustment and setting up measure instruments and devices;checking signals from measuring instruments and devices to the Control Cabinets;PLC programming;performing changes in electrical schematics;implementing new algorithms, alarms and interlocks for PLC;maintaining and repairing of measuring instruments, electrical devices.contact with other departments: technology specialists, electrical department, administration;creating and monitoring work schedules for Automation and Control tasks;maintaining and updating operational technical documentation (based on the results of any implemented changes);maintaining the list of spare parts, tools and accessories (in terms of instrumentation);ordering and control needed number of spare DCS parts at the stock.Required Qualifications:electrical engineering specialized experience;ability to understand electrical diagrams;ability to perform PLC software changes;knowledge of the principles of operation and connection of measuring instruments and devices;confident PC user (office software and CAD packages);experienced user of electrician tools (such as - calibrator, HART communicator, etc);knowledge of Serbian or Russian languages is preferable.Required Experience:Work experience as an Automation and Control Engineer at least 3 last years.It is needed not only maintenance experience, but personal experience in developing Automation projects – design schematics, creating PLC and HMI code, writing manuals, commissioning and starting up.
