Deputy Finance ControllerWorking location: Factory (Di An - Binh Duong) & HCM Office (Etown Cong Hoa, Tan Binh)Report to: Finance ControllerManaging 21 employees, including 3 direct reports.ResponsibilitiesAssist Finance Controller in:Financial Strategy and PlanningSupport the Finance Controller in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.Accounting, Financial Reporting and ComplianceSupervise the full set of finance and accounting accounts and ensure timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and corporate policies.Oversee tax compliance including CIT, VAT, WHT, and tax incentives, ensuring full adherence to regulations.Ensure accurate revenue recognition and effective inventory management, including stock expiry and destruction.Maintain healthy accounts receivable and cash flow.Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing regulations, internal SOPs, internal controls, financial regulations, and corporate governance standards.Manage statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors and legal consultants.Treasury and Risk Management:Assist in managing the company’s treasury functions including cash management, banking relationships, and liquidity planning.Support identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial risks in coordination with the Finance Controller.Team Leadership and DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team to promote high performance and continuous improvement.Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within the finance and accounting departmentQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA, CFA is a plus).At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial/manufacturing finance and accounting and at least 4 years in managerial role.Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, and local compliance standardsExperience in ERP system (SAP experience is most preferable)Ability to think strategically and creatively and to demonstrate strong leadership skills within a multi-faceted association framework.Good at writing and verbal communication skillsExperience working collaboratively with stakeholdersGood at staff and project management skillsExperience in planning and budgetingAbility to multi-task across all areas of responsibility, working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlinesFluent in English, ability to communicate in Thai language is an advantage.
