We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job DescriptionEnfinity is looking for a versatile and entrepreneurial person who will serve as Deputy General Counsel. Serving under our Chief Legal Officer, the candidate will help drive the further development of the company's legal department, including working with internal and external legal professionals globally.The ideal candidate would have 8+ years of experience, including general corporate, M&A, project finance, and public company work, with a truly global outlook. Experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred.The successful candidate will bring deep global experience—particularly across Europe, India, and Japan—and a proven ability to design and implement effective policies and procedures that support scalable growth. They will thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment, balancing strategic vision with operational precision to drive enterprise-wide success.Key ResponsibilitiesEntity formation and managementMaintain global board records and stockholder records (including Carta)Support the global investment committeeAssistance on intellectual property (trademarks), NDAs and other routine mattersWork on the team that negotiates and documents global corporate fundraising initiativesAdministration of global financing facilities, including reporting, covenant maintenance, etcBroad-based responsibilities for transactional work including M&A, joint ventures, and relatedRequirementsUndergraduate and law degrees from leading institutions"Big Law" or equivalent training with diversity of experience4-8 years of progressive responsibilities and experienceMember of the bar in good standingAdvanced ability in Word, Excel, and PowerPointPassion for rigorous and fast-paced team-oriented work environment; high internal drive and strong work ethic; comfortable solving problems independentlyExceptional written and verbal communication skillsWell-organized, detailed, and deadline-drivenStrong interpersonal skills, driving professional and effective internal and external relationshipsIn Enfinity Global, you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
