Ever since it was founded in 1931 in Montreux, Switzerland, Clinique La Prairie have established an international reputation as an award-winning destination renowned for delivering the most progressive health and wellbeing programs in an ambience of unparalleled luxury Swiss hospitality.Job Summary As part of the Global CLP family and reporting directly to the General Manager of the Longevity Hub with a dotted line to the CLP Corporate Medical Head based in Montreux, you will play a key role in fulfilling CLP’s mission: to help and inspire our patients and clients to live healthier, longer, and fuller lives.Our Longevity Hubs are state-of-the-art day clinics that embody Clinique La Prairie’s integrative approach to longevity and rejuvenation. Through a unique combination of medical, wellbeing, beauty, and holistic expertise, clients can access targeted treatments or follow highly personalized programs designed to create individual longevity protocols. These cover areas such as regeneration, detox, sleep and reset, gut health, and beauty.Position Requirements : Working Experience & Education : Master degree or equivalent in one of the following fields: Business, Management, Economy, Sales, Marketing, Medical fields, or Wellbeing fields.Proven experience – at least 5 years – as a General Manager or similar executive role in a luxury environment.Essential Skills : Ability to work in an international and matrix-reporting-line organization.Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.Strong experience in P&L management.Excellent knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.).Excellent communication skills; Languages as mentioned above.Strong ability to work in a team; Confident appearance; Self-driven individual with a positive mind-set.Ability to travel – mainly to Switzerland and other CLP locations – for training purposes.Ability to go through CLP’s onboarding and then regular refresh training programs – delivered by CLP Leadership Academy.Language : Fluent in Chinese; ability to use English as a working language is preferred.Job Responsibilities : Assisting and/or representing the GM in all local operational responsibilities.Ensuring excellent patient/guest service with the ability to develop meaningful & loyal relationships.Leading all initiatives to attract, hire, train and retain employees; responsible for building the team.Ensuring compliance with all company and governmental laws and regulations.Ensuring that all employees are appropriately trained and competent to perform their job duties.Acting as Brand Ambassador, ensuring the communication of features and benefits of our treatments/programs/products beyond the basics to appeal to the customer’s needs and ultimately generate sales.Setting policies and processes; ensuring the application of CLP SOPs.Establishing the budget and the KPIs; preparing regular reports for upper management; working closely with the Finance Manager to prepare regular P&L reviews.Overseeing day-to-day operations.Evaluating and continuously improving operations and financial performance.Ensuring that staff follow health and safety regulations.Overseeing the preparation of displays, products, and presentations and all marketing promotional tools in respect to CLP corporate guidelines.Completing other tasks assigned by direct manager.
