About the positionThe Deputy General Manager (DGM) is a key strategic leader at Marou store chain, responsible for overseeing core pillars including Kitchen Operations, F&B/Retail Operations, QA/QC, HSE, Corporate Sales, Operations Training and Seasonal Campaigns.
