ResponsibilitiesLead the land acquisition process from identification to possession in alignment with project timelines and requirements.Negotiate with landowners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure land parcels for project development.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition.Manage a team of land acquisition professionals and oversee their performance and development.Coordinate with internal teams such as Legal, Engineering, and Project Management to facilitate smooth land acquisition processes.Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners and local communities to ensure successful project execution.Prepare and present reports, proposals, and updates to senior management regarding land acquisition status and challenges.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in land acquisition to incorporate into project strategies.Contribute to the overall project success by providing expertise in land acquisition and related processes.Qualifications5-15 years of experience in Land Acquisition in the Thermal Projects industry.
