Business Growth & StrategyPartner with the Managing Director to set and execute strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.Lead business development initiatives, drive the sales function to achieve revenue and margin targets.2. Cross-Functional LeadershipAlign sales, marketing, engineering, and operations with company growth objectives.Monitor KPIs across departments and ensure accountability for results.Lead cross-functional projects to accelerate customer delivery and innovation.3. Organizational DevelopmentMentor department heads and strengthen leadership capability across functions.Support recruitment and planning to build organisational capacity for growth. Job RequirementsStrong track record in sales leadership, business development, or customer success, ideally in technology, wireless, or software-driven industries.Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and align them toward business growth goals.Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style.Note: This role is not focused on factory/plant management or production supervision.
