Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager, located in Madhya Pradesh, India. The General Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and management of operational, financial, and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and profitability. Key responsibilities include establishing strategic objectives, streamlining processes, managing budgets, monitoring performance, building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. The General Manager will also lead cross-functional teams and foster an environment focused on continuous improvement, productivity, and staff development. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving organizational goals.Proficiency in operational management, strategic planning, and process optimization within the manufacturing or similar industries.Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management experience.Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to engage with internal stakeholders and external partners effectively.Familiarity with compliance standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems in the manufacturing sector.Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership roles, with extensive knowledge of plant or operational management.
