You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences, drive user-centric design, and develop intuitive interfaces that delight our users.Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile platforms.Design and implement sophisticated microinteractions that enhance user experience and guide user behavior intuitively.Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly microcopy integrated with design to enhance usability and communicate effectively.Build, maintain, and scale design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency and scalability across products.Collaborate to find into actionable design enhancements involving motion and interactivity.Contribute to usability testing focused on interaction feedback and user's emotional response to design elements.Communicate ideas clearly through wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and motion design demos.Strong visual/UI design foundation and understanding of information architecture.Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.Familiarity with user research tools and methods for gathering actionable feedback.Tools and TechnologiesExpert in Figma for interface design and prototyping, including advanced animation capabilities.Note: This position requires working onsite from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Candidates must confirm availability for these working hours.During the probation period, the company will not provide an office laptop.
