We co-create and execute the future vision of 400+ clients with the help of our 44,000+ employees.Job DescriptionThe Supply Planner will be responsible for the supply plan in alignment with stocking strategies, reporting, and S&OP activities to meet service level and inventory goals. They will support the Supply Planning and Procurement Manager through KPI and strategic analytics, including but not limited to risk mitigation techniques, gross margin expansion, optimization of inventory, improving service levels, supply chain collaboration, and forecasting. Position includes data analysis, data entry, written and verbal communications, and special projects.REPONSIBILITIES:Supports the Supply Planning and Procurement Manager by providing the strategic supply plan to be executed by Planners.Optimization of system settings using exception reporting and feedback loop from the Material Planning Supervisor or Senior Materials Planner.Manage resupply planning to ensure inventory availability based on demand forecasts and sales orders.Execute purchase orders (POs) with approved resin suppliers, ensuring alignment with lead times, MOQs, and contractual terms.Monitor inbound shipments and coordinate with 3PL partners, internal warehouses, and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery.Track supplier performance, shipment delays, and escalate issues to resolve supply disruptions.Collaborate with Sales, Order Fulfilment, and Logistics teams to address customer inquiries, expedite shipments, and resolve fulfilment issues.Support periodic S&OP processes with supply updates and material availability inputs.Generate reports and KPIs related to on-time delivery, PO accuracy, and inventory healthYOUR PROFILE:Team Member (1–3+ Years of Experience)Associates degree or above in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply ChainPrior experience in Materials Planning/Procurement/Purchasing experienceStrong understanding of Supply ChainProficiency with SAP is a plusProficiency with the MS Office package, specifically ExcelExcellent communication (written & verbal) skillsAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to prioritize, problem-solve and multi-task.Strong attention to detail with the ability to keep accurate recordsQualifications & SkillsBachelors or Master’s degree in Supply Chain and/ or Logistics.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mind set with attention to accuracy and detail.Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle high-volume transactions.Exposure to shared services or multinational environments preferredQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain and/ or Logistics
