Deputy Manager – Data & Systems

DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Manager - Technology & Connectivity to assist alumni Pathways leadership to drive the implementation of technology solutions that support our business processes, teams, programs, and alumni community. This role requires a technology expert who can design, and implement innovative solutions, and is proficient with business analysis, systems design, and project management.Translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and organizational goals.Assist in designing and implementation technology solutions that facilitate, improve, and streamline business processes, teams, programs, and alumni experiences.Document requirements and design solutions for a comprehensive Alumni Relationship Management system that integrates all programs, services, and operations to enhance team outcomes and alumni experiences.Provide technical support to team members as needed, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth technology operations.Assist in developing alumni-related interventions, such as forms and chatbots, to streamline communication channels and enhance alumni engagement.Lead the use of technology for educational purposes, identifying and implementing apps, software, and tech processes that enhance learning outcomes.Interact with stakeholders to streamline the business process and incorporating their information needs into technology systems.Required SkillsStrong ability to conceptualize, document, design, and implement technology solutionsFamiliarity with developing interventions and utilizing communication channels, such as forms and chatbots, to enhance engagement and streamline communication.Effective collaboration and communication skills to interact with internal departmentsFamiliarity with platforms such as Moodle, FormStack/Zoho, and CRM.EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems).ExperienceMinimum of 3-4 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in technology management, systems implementation, or related fields.
