With our programs, we aim to connect well-trained talents to career paths that promote growth, stability, and purpose.Job Responsibilities:Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and ensure timely transactions.Tax & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local tax regulations and assist in tax filings and audits.Financial Analysis: Conduct cost analysis, profitability assessments, and provide data-driven insights.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and internal controls.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external auditors/vendors.ERP & Systems: Utilize financial software (e.g., Kingdee\SAP) for efficient record-keeping.工作职责：财务报告：根据会计准则编制准确的月度、季度和年度财务报表。预算与预测：协助预算编制、财务预测和差异分析。现金流管理：监控现金流、应付/应收账款，并确保交易及时完成。税务与合规：确保遵守当地税务法规，并协助进行税务申报和审计。财务分析：进行成本分析、盈利能力评估，并提供数据驱动的洞察。流程改进：发现改进财务流程和内部控制的机会。利益相关者协作：与内部团队和外部审计师/供应商紧密合作。ERP与系统：利用财务软件（例如金蝶\SAP）进行高效的记录保存。Job Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certification is a plus.Experience: 3+ years in finance/accounting roles, preferably in multinational or corporate environments.Technical Skills: Proficient in operating financial software, Excel, PPT etc.Language: Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken).Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.Personality: Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under tight deadlines.任职要求教育背景：金融、会计或相关专业学士学位。持有专业认证者优先。经验：3年以上财务/会计工作经验，优先考虑跨国公司或大型企业。技术技能：熟练操作财务软件、Excel等办公软件。语言：流利的普通话和印尼语（书面和口语）。软技能：强大的分析思维、解决问题能力和对细节的关注。性格：积极主动，适应能力强，能够在紧迫的期限内完成工作。
