We aim to support brands in achieving growth and success by balancing design creativity, cost efficiency, and sustainability.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Faisalabad (must be flexible to move to Lahore as per PD requirements) for a Deputy Manager, Product Development (Knits). The individual in this role will manage the development of knit products from concept to completion. Responsibilities include conducting market research, overseeing the research and development process, and managing product lifecycles. The Deputy Manager will work closely with sales teams, ensuring that products meet market demands and customer expectations while maintaining quality and cost efficiency. The Deputy Manager – Product Development (Knits) will be responsible for managing the complete product development cycle, from concept toapproved sample, ensuring that all developments align with buyer requirements in terms of yarn, fabric, patterns/fit, embellishments, garment dyeing / washing, garment aesthetics, quality, and timelines.The role requires close coordination among the buying office and the factory to ensure smooth and timely execution of all Developments and InnovationsQualificationsAnalytical Skills and Market Research experienceProficiency in Research and Development (R&D)Product Management skillsSales experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesExperience in the fashion or textile industry is a plusGraduationDepartment: Product Development / Merchandising
