Deputy Manager | Product Strategy Officer

JOB SUMMARYSupport product development by translating ideas into structured designs, business rules, and implementation plans. Work closely with Product Managers and technical teams to deliver small to medium-sized product initiatives.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.Develop Key Design Concepts and product solution proposals.Work with Product Managers to define and finalise Business Rules and product requirements.Coordinate with Business Analysts, SMEs and Tech teams to ensure clear requirement documentation.Lead and manage small-scale product enhancements or change requests (CRs).Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), product concept papers or UR materials.Analyse user needs, product gaps, and propose product improvements.Support deployment planning, UAT preparation, and rollout documentation.Prepare stakeholder updates and present product progress where required.JOB REQUIREMENTSMalaysian citizen.Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level.Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Marketing or other related field from any local or overseas universities which recognized by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).At least 6 years experience in product development, business analysis, or strategy (experience in financial services or digital products is an advantage).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience working cross-functionally with diverse team.JOB STATUSPermanentAll applications are strictly CONFIDENTIAL and only shortlisted candidates will be called in for interview.
