We value diversity and strive to create a safe, respectful environment where every student feels empowered to achieve their best.Your ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesProvide educational leadership to improve teaching quality and student achievement.Support the Principal in developing and implementing the school's strategic vision.Lead initiatives that promote inclusive education and wellbeing.Manage school operations, resources, and compliance requirements.Build strong partnerships with parents, community organisations, and external agencies.Drive professional development and performance improvement for staff.Deputise for the Principal when required.Specific Skills And ExperienceExperience implementing trauma-informed practices and student wellbeing programs.Background in innovative teaching strategies and digital learning.Familiarity with data-driven decision-making for school improvement.Previous leadership in inclusive education or special needs programs.Ability to foster community partnerships and extracurricular engagement.Please refer to the attached role description for the full list of responsibilities and mandatory requirements for this position.Interested?
