View the full list here.What You’ll Be Working OnThis is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a passion for facility management within local government. Mosman Council is looking for a motivated and positive team player, who is willing to contribute to the current and future state of property assets council has in place under its strategic plan (MOSPLAN).You will be willing to supervise and undertake audits of both reactive and proactive building maintenance and construction contract work associated with Council’s properties.You will have the opportunity to assist the Team Leader Property with effective administration and performance of existing and ongoing building services contracts and effectively meet work programs and workloads.What You’ll Bring To The RoleWith minimum Certificate IV Building and Construction Management or similar, you will be committed to understanding Work Health and Safety Practices in the workplace and their implementation on work sites controlled by contractors.You will bring at least two to four years’ experience in building contract supervision, facility maintenance coordination, knowledge of building codes and practices, and experience in undertaking condition audits and preparing maintenance improvement programs and specifications.Our ideal candidate will be professional and customer focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.In addition to the above, you will also hold a C Class Driver Licence and a valid NSW Construction white Card.How To ApplyApply now by completing the online application form below.
