Reporting to the Capital Transactions Manager, this is a rare opportunity to join a high performing, transactions-focused team. You will play a key role in identifying acquisition opportunities, driving transaction processes, and delivering the research and analysis that helps shape Quanta’s commercial transactions.About the RoleYour day to day will include:Monitoring the commercial property market, analysing opportunities, and recommending assets that align with our investment mandate.Assisting in property due diligence, working closely with solicitors, valuers, and consultants to ensure thorough, timely review.Conducting detailed market research, sales and rental analysis, and collating relevant reports to inform transaction decisions.Assist in financial modelling and investment/valuation analysis for potential acquisitions and disposals.Supporting internal and external valuation processes, including bi-annual portfolio valuations.Assisting the team in preparing information memorandums, investment overviews, and investor quarterly reports.Undertaking development/project feasibilities and providing recommendations based on your findings.Maintaining up to date market research and managing key external relationships.You’ll bring:Degree in Property, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.1–3 years’ experience in a commercial property valuation/agency role or a background in investment analysis.Solid understanding of commercial property valuation methods (capitalisation approach and DCF) and development feasibilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and time management.Certified Practising Valuer accreditation (AAPI) is highly regarded but not essential.Ability to interpret financial statements (desirable).Experience with Forbury (desirable).Why Join Quanta?Join a collaborative, agile team where your ideas are valued and your growth is supported through genuine, hands-on experience.Ready to step into a role where your work directly influences investment outcomes?Apply now with your CV and a brief cover letter.
