Be part of the transformation!The Opportunity The Deputy Interface Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of EirGrid’s offshore programme by managing the delivery of key regulatory, governance, and reporting workstreams. The role will bridge the interface between programme delivery and group regulatory compliance, ensuring that investment plans, incentive frameworks, and performance reporting are aligned with CRU expectations and internal governance standards.The successful candidate will also lead the interface management framework, including systems, registers, and reporting tools. They will also coordinate with EPC Contractors, Technical Leads, Works Package Managers (WPMs), and the Project Scheduler to ensure interface milestones are embedded in programme schedules.The Team The Chief Transformation, Technology & Offshore Office (CTTOO) is responsible for driving innovation, digital transformation, and strategic technology delivery across EirGrid. It plays a central role in enabling the organisation to meet its decarbonisation and infrastructure goals through the deployment of modern systems, data intelligence, and programme governance frameworks. The Offshore PMO sits within this office, ensuring alignment between technology strategy and offshore programme execution. About YouSuccessful candidates will have:EssentialProven experience in EPC interface management and engineering coordination on large infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of HVDC/HVAC systems, commissioning protocols, and regulatory compliance. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Familiarity with project scheduling tools and interface milestone tracking. Ability to manage complex technical issues and drive resolution across multi-disciplinary teams. Desirable Qualification at degree level or above within Engineering disciplineExperience working in regulated utility environments. Knowledge of EU funding and governance frameworks.
