What You’ll Be Doing All-out global operations: From rolling out next-gen MDM and IAM solutions to keeping 1,400+ endpoints secure, available, and working their best in 24 global offices. Major projects, major impact:

Participate in multi-national, multi-disciplinary projects spanning disaster recovery, security drills, network upgrades, and evaluating the tech that’ll drive our business forward. Cutting-edge security: On rotation, you’ll be embedded with our elite NSOC team – analysing, containing, reacting. Each rotation amps up your ops and infosec smarts. Many before you started here and jumped into permanent security roles! Never a dull moment: Troubleshooting, implementing, building, optimising – you’ll do it all. There’s no hand-holding; your decisions matter. What You Bring To The Table A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Knowledge of our ‘big 5’:

Google Workspace, Okta, JAMF, JumpCloud, and Cato Networks Hands-on technical skills.

You are able to configure and troubleshoot equipment such as Fortigate Firewalls and HP/Aruba access points and switches Ability to keep your cool in stressful situations and still get the job done, no matter what Familiarity with technologies and concepts such as VPN, ZTNA, MDM, MFA, and disaster recovery An intrinsic drive to ‘find the root cause’ and a flair for simple solutions Excellent spoken and written English communication skills What’s Good To Have An agile mindset and experience with agile project management frameworks Technical skills outside the IT Operations domain, for example, coding or database experience Experience with cloud technologies, notably AWS, GCP, or Alicloud Company Culture Join a diverse, inclusive workplace that values innovation and cross-cultural collaboration.
