Contracting Manager

Job DescriptionTo support the continued growth of our business, we are looking for a Contracting Manager for the DMC DERTOUR Group in Croatia, based in Pula. Responsibilities:

Drafting allotment contractsBuilding strong relationships with partners through regular communication and site visitsRepresenting the company in seasonal destination planning processesCoordinating capacity and condition management, sales alignment, and tradingManaging catalog and online presentation of properties and collecting marketing materialsEnsuring compliance with safety standards and protocols at contracted propertiesUsing and updating various programs for contracting tourism capacitiesEntering and maintaining the database, handling administrative tasks across different applications and systemsIndependently and responsibly maintaining business relationships with partners and colleagues in line with group standardsActive cooperation with department managers and regular reporting on business progressJob Type: Permanent employmentRequired Education, Knowledge, and Skills:

Secondary school / College / University degree (Tourism, Economics, Marketing, Organization, Communications, etc. )Experience in the tourism industryExperience working with IT systems (e. g. , reservation systems, data processing systems, etc. )Fluent in spoken and written EnglishKnowledge of German is an advantageProficient in MS OfficeComputer literacy (preferably with experience using reservation systems)Independence, flexibility, and responsibilityExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsOpenness to new ideas and developmentRequired Education Level: High school diploma, College degree, Bachelor's degree, Master's degreeDriving License: Category BDigital Skills: MS OfficeLanguages: English (B2), German (Advantage)Minimum Years of Work Experience: 4–5 yearsWhat we offer:
