About the JobThe Specialist Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, from requisition to onboarding, while ensuring a strong talent pipeline, smooth candidate experience, and alignment with organisational needs and policies. ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with HRBPs and line managers to understand requirements and develop sourcing strategies. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles. Ensure accurate use of the ATS/DECIBEL for requisitions, postings, and tracking. Support employer branding initiatives and provide market intelligence on hiring trends. Maintain dashboards and recruitment KPIs for reporting and compliance.

Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies, compensation frameworks, and approval processes. Support the governance model by monitoring recruitment SLAs, compliance checks, and audit requirements. Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in an engineering setup. Strong experience with ATS/HR systems (DECIBEL)Proficiency in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management). Strong exposure to corporate environments in engineering, construction, or manufacturing sectors. Proven ability in stakeholder management and candidate engagementFamiliarity with employer branding, market mapping, and recruitment analyticsStrong interpersonal and communication skills. EducationBachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
