Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to lead and develop innovative architectural concepts from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong design vision, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetic, and sustainable design solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and present conceptual and schematic designs that meet client objectives, budget, and project requirements.Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design integrity throughout all project phases.Produce design drawings, renderings, 3D models, and presentations to effectively communicate design intent.Coordinate with engineering, interior design, and landscape teams to integrate all aspects of design.Review and refine construction documents to ensure consistency with design concepts and building codes.Participate in site visits, design reviews, and project meetings as required.Stay up to date with emerging design trends, sustainable building practices, and innovative technologies.Manage and mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall creative direction of the firm.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.Professional licensure (or in progress) preferred.5+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably across multiple project types.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent software).Strong visualization, communication, and presentation skills.In-depth knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsExperience with parametric design tools (Grasshopper, Dynamo).Knowledge of LEED, WELL, or sustainable design frameworks.Strong understanding of urban design principles and site planning.Excellent collaboration and problem-solving abilities.Work EnvironmentFull-time position based in [Location or hybrid/remote option].Collaborative studio setting with opportunities for professional growth and design leadership.CompensationCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.Benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development support.
