Design Authority Lead (Governance & Operations) - Europe - Remote ***Here at RED, we are specifically looking for an Design Authority Lead (Governance & Operations) to start on an project for one of our global end clients.The Design Authority Lead (Governance & Operations) is expected to start ASAP and for an initial 12 months contract with a possibility of extension.The project is fully remoteWhat you will do:Lead and coordinate the weekly DA Operations Process (DAOP), including scheduling, agenda planning, and stakeholder alignment.Act as the central PMO contact for Design Authority governance, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and documentation are well managed.Capture and circulate meeting minutes, action logs, and decision trackers, following up on open items and ensuring timely closure.Develop and maintain governance dashboards, timelines, and KPI reports to monitor Design Authority activity and performance.Ensure all materials (agendas, pre-reads, decks) are ready in advance, with appropriate version control and approvals.Maintain and update SharePoint sites, templates, and governance tools for effective documentation and transparency.Desired Skills:Proven experience in project or program management, PMO operations, or governance frameworks.Background in supply chain, operational excellence, or transformation governance preferred.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills across global or multi-functional teams.Excellent organization and attention to detail, with ability to manage structured governance cycles.Proficient in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and ideally project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).Experience in pharma, life sciences, or other complex, regulated environments is an advantage.If you are interested, please send me your updated CV to ****** for immediate consideration.Kind regards,Mike
