We’re looking for a Design Coordinator to join our growing team and support international construction projects.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural designs and construction documentationCoordinate closely with drafters to ensure accurate and efficient drawing productionReview drawings for compliance, accuracy, and constructabilityCollaborate with international construction clients (Australia)Support project planning and documentation processesCoordinate between architects, drafters, consultants, and project teamsEnsure drawings, revisions, and documentation are properly managed and alignedReview design submissions for accuracy and completenessCommunicate updates and clarifications with overseas clientsSupport project timelines by tracking design deliverables🔹 RequirementsFluent in EnglishProficiency in relevant drafting/design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)Strong coordination and communication skillsAbility to align closely with a Drafter and guide drawing outputsGood understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentationDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsExperience in residential or commercial construction projects is an advantage🔹 What We’re Looking For:Ability to work with offshore/international clientsStrong problem-solving skillsTeam player with leadership capability over drafting support🔹 What We Offer:Competitive salary (based on experience and skill level)Opportunity to work with international construction clients (Australia, UK, USA, Canada)Exposure to advanced construction systems and global standardsCareer growth pathway within Scaleup SmartLong-term career stability in a growing global construction platform
