ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality interior and exterior photos and videos of properties for listing purposes, virtual tours, and promotional content.Assist in producing video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.Operate drones to capture stunning aerial shots and video footage of properties, showcasing expansive landscapes, neighborhood views, and other unique property features.Edit and enhance photos and videos to meet high-quality standards, utilizing editing softwares.Apply color grading, sound, and visual effects to produce polished, professional real estate content.Deliver final images and videos within the required deadlines, ensuring they align with the brand’s aesthetic.Communicate effectively with sales agents, clients, and other team members to understand each property’s vision and ensure high-quality outcomes.RequirementsProven experience in photography, videography, and drone operations.Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality photos, videos, and drone footage.Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.Ability to capture visually engaging content, with a keen eye for detail and lighting.Reliable, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.Ability to adapt to different property types and filming environments.
