Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Director, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Design Director will be responsible for overseeing design management, leading branding initiatives, ensuring the execution of exceptional architectural designs, managing product design development, and supervising the creation of construction drawings. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and maintaining alignment with the company's vision and standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Design Management and developing cohesive branding strategiesStrong expertise in Architecture and Product DesignExperience with Construction Drawings and implementationExcellent leadership, organizational, and project management skillsAbility to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related fieldFamiliarity with Vietnam's real estate and construction market is a plusProven ability to lead creative teams and execute high-impact projects
