DESIGN ENGINEER (CONSTRUCTION)

Minimum Qualifications / ExperienceBachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.At least 5 years (in aggregate) of practical experience in the execution of specialist building works after attaining the qualifications.Job Skills RequiredProficient in using engineering design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAADPRO & AutoCADStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with relevant structural codes and regulations in Singapore.Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed analysis and design of civil and structural components for a range of projects.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated, cost-effective design solutions.Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, reports, and specifications to support project delivery.Ensure designs adhere to all relevant structural codes, regulations, and safety standards.Provide on-site support during construction and assist with problemsolving as needed.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.Any adhoc project assigned by Design Manager.
