We offer high-tech heat pump solutions for heating, ventilation, cooling and heat recovery that reflect today's demand for sustainable construction.About The RoleJoin NIBE’s Technical Department to support the design and delivery of renewable energy solutions. You'll create technical drawings, perform heat loss calculations, assist with estimates, and ensure designs meet industry standards. This role involves working across multiple projects and teams, contributing to sustainable heating and ventilation systems.What will you do? Creating drawings for on-site implementation using CAD, REVIT and Solidworks Complete building fabric and ventilation heat loss calculations Modify existing drawings and update the database Assist with maintaining and updating design and estimating documentation Providing estimates to customers for proposed designs Work with the product engineer and sales team to plan, monitor and implement designs Keep up to date with the relevant British Standards and Building Regulations Deal with pre-sales technical enquiries Produce other drawings and information as requested by your department managerAs a team member of the Technical Department, you will be asked on occasion to work on a variety of projects unrelated to your usual day-to-day workWhat will you bring? Excellent IT skills with strong organisational and communication abilities A degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in Building Services – desirable Alternatively, a relevant Level 3 qualification with a minimum of three years' vocational experience in Building Services design – considered Proficiency in using CAD software Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages concurrently Experience working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Clear, effective communication skills at all levels Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadline What will we offer you?
