Our client, a renowned sports fashion retailer, is expanding in the ever-evolving retail landscape and they've entrusted us to support and enhance their in-store execution.You will be part of the Client Services team, working closely with the Engineering Team to create technical documentation (detailed product drawings) for branded Retail Fixtures and in-Store environments and ensuring that our clients’ designs are accurately translated into detailed drawings - enabling efficient, cost-effective and high-quality production.This role will operate on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / supplier site(s) and home.Please submit your application and documents in English.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple projects at once and act as a lead in the development of projectsAssist in preparation of engineering timelines and estimated costs for internal approvalControl the queue, distribute work according to internal / external capacities and deadlinesRedline revisions to existing drawingsGenerate 2D drawings of approved 3D models3D modeling and drawing of articles based on agreed solutionsCommunicate and participate in weekly meetings to inform engineering and project teams about time estimates and project progressManage documentation and keep all technical documents properly organizedGuide and educate Junior Design Engineers in engineering techniques, procedures, and quality standardsTake ownership of one area of engineering support development (e.g. library, PDM)Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceStrong knowledge of production materials and techniques - fabrication in wood, metal, fabric, electronics + plastics for Retail Fixtures and in-Store environmentsAbility to sketch ideas by hand plus high proficiency in SolidWorks; knowledge of other CAD programs is a plusExperience with assembly and installation of items such as shelving, wall panels, furniture, sculpture is a plusMid-level understanding of pricing for materials and fabricationSkilled in researching and proposing solutionsStress-resistant and focused under pressure - ability to multitask without losing focus Proactive in seeking new knowledge (company processes, production techniques, materials, software)Comfortable working independently and finding solutionsOpen to learning and following new design trends, materials, and technologiesCompetency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookEnglish – fluent, suitable for professional and international communicationWe thank all applicants for their interest in a career with us.
