Design Manager - Publications

Are you a senior graphic designer specialising in Publications? Are you ready to step up into a Design Manager role?This newly created opportunity calls for a Design Manager – Publications to lead the delivery of large-scale, high-quality publications that inform and support thousands of Victorians.In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the design and production of complex, long-form materials including instructional manuals, training guides, reports and templated collateral.Working closely with an in-house studio and production team, you’ll oversee publication schedules, uphold design standards, and ensure every output meets accessibility, compliance and quality requirements.You’ll be someone who brings calm to high-pressure environments — a steady hand who can navigate tight deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
