Design Modeler (Revit)

ROLE SUMMARYOur client is seeking a Design Modeler, who will be responsible for learning and delegating task execution of projects ranging in scope and scale with oversight. They receive feedback and guidance from a technical lead who is responsible for the model and drawing quality.WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidaysPOSITION TYPE: Full TimeWORK ARRANGEMENT: RemoteESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Produce structural drawings and create Revit Models that meet quality standards:Check the quality of own workHandle project detailing and annotationConduct basic model execution and revisionEnsure construction documents are accurately modeledFollow BIM content standards and development proceduresProvide high level options for technical lead for areas that require directionExecute Sprint Plan tasks:Review delegated tasks, communicate learning or questions, commit, and execute plan of approach and check in cadenceCommunicate early and often when roadblocks to the plan are identifiedDevelop understanding of personal efficiency in areas of proficiencyParticipate in client coordination:Communicate with clients through client meetings, phone calls, and email exchanges in collaboration with the Lead ModelerCoordinate drawing development with technical staffCommunicate updates to project teamParticipate in and execute continuous improvement activities:Seek out and participate in continuing educationGrow proficiency in material, market, and project typesQUALIFICATIONS:Associate degree or combined education and experience; bachelor’s degree preferred1 year of full-time work experience in structural design or related field preferred1 year of Revit experiencePython, Tekla, and SDSII experience preferred
