Today, the Company owns and operates approximately 10M square feet across 18 states.POSITION AND LOCATIONThe Design & Project Associate will report directly to the Executive Managing Director, Asset Management. This is a remote role based in the Philippines, and the selected candidate will be expected to work during U.S. Pacific business hours to ensure alignment with the U.S.-based team.DUTIESTenant-Centric Design & Leasing Support:Prepare tenant improvement schematic floor plans as required by prospect tenantsCreate renderings for building exterior and interior improvementsPrepare tenant improvement design and/or develop a set of drawings for permitPrepare basic architectural construction detailsCollaborate closely with tenants to ensure their spaces align with brand standards, functionality, and visual appealEstablish and maintain design standards to ensure consistency across multiple locationsTransform existing pdf/jpg floor plans/site plans/designs into working CAD documentsProvide additional support to the leasing team as neededProject Management & Cost Efficiency:Oversee budgeting, contractor negotiations, and cost-effective solutions to maintain project efficiencyAssist the Construction Team in monitoring project timelines and budgetsEnsure accuracy and timeliness in processing construction invoices, purchase requests, and ordersGraphic Design & Branding:Create visually appealing presentations, marketing materials, and reportsSupport branding efforts through high-quality graphic design workAssist in updating and maintaining the Company website’s design as requestedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture requiredMust be a Registered Licensed Architect in the PhilippinesExperience working for a U.S.-based construction, architectural, or real estate company is required7-10 years of full-time work experience.
