Our collaborative team, unified by shared values, works together under one roof to achieve lasting quality through hard work and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Handle and convert qualified leads generated through Meta Ads and other digital channels.Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their needs and offer tailored design and branding solutions.Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead engagement to closing deals.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.Collaborate with the design and development teams for smooth project handovers.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital sales (preferably in logo design, branding, website, or merchandise services).Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.Prior experience dealing with international clients (US/Canada preferred).Deep understanding of sales funnels, Meta Ads lead handling, and closing techniques.Flexibility to work in different shifts as required (currently night shift: 11 PM – 9 AM).Working Days: Mon-Fri
