The position is based in “Altunizade, İstanbul.”Job Roles DetailsManage the visual portfolio (décorative papers, surface finishes, and lamination materials)Manage coordination with suppliers and collaborate on new décor designs considering global and local market demands.Attend trade fairs and visit designers, architects, furniture manufacturers, and customers to track industry trends.Coordinate the design of fair and exhibitions, ensuring correct product usage at eventsEnsure the preparation of inspiring, visually compelling presentations that best convey product valueContribute to the product roadmap and lifecycle stages, conduct competitor analyses, and assist in shaping brand and product strategy.Develop training materials and informative content for internal teams, subsidiaries, and distributors.Review visual designs from agencies and provide feedback or creative briefings when needed.Support budget planning and marketing plans.Develop creative and sustainable solutions to reduce costs in portfolio management processes and implement improvement projects that enhance efficiencySkillsBachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Industrial Design.Minimum 4–5 years of experience in building materials, furniture, or decorative surfaces industryKnowledge of design trends, color management, and presentation techniquesStrong understanding of design trends and market dynamics.Fluency in both written and spoken English.Experience in product management, design, or marketing-related roles is a plus.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Experience• At least 5 years of experience.Thank you for taking the time to review our job advertisement.
