What awaits you in this role?We are looking for a passionate Lead - Retail Design who will join our team at Regional Marketing, Business Transformation & Growth Directorate.You will be responsible for leading and executing creative design and architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with our brand and operational excellence.Manage and coordinate retail design and merchandising project processes across all company brands in Türkiye & South Asia region, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment,Develop innovative design concepts for stores, fairs, and experiential spaces,Lead the full lifecycle of fair and exhibition projects, from creative design and detailed project development to tender documentation, vendor coordination, on-site implementation and installation management,Ensure brand consistency across all architectural applications,Prepare detailed design briefs and supervise design agencies and implementation,Follow up on project timelines and budgets,Work actively with internal stakeholders and external partners,Report progress and present design solutions,Take ownership and initiative throughout project phases,Support the team with creative problem-solving,Maintain quality standards and compliance in all design executions.The position is located in Kadıköy, İstanbul.How do we describe the perfect match?Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture (Master’s degree on Marketing is a plus),Minimum 6-8 years of experience in retail or interior design project management,Proven experience in managing creative agencies or design studios,Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions,Excellent command of both written and spoken English,Strong communication and presentation skills,Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented, proactive in problem solving,Able to take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Experience in a corporate or retail environment is a strong asset,Flexible and open to new perspectives,A team player with a self-initiative mindset, where open communication is always our priority.We are an equal opportunity employer.
